Cole ran an indoor personal best of 47.60. He did not get the pole and made the race harder than it needed to be, but came from behind to win. 200 split 22.23 (1st Place and meet record.)

Cole ran a 400 M personal best of 47.79 season opener. He ran a solid race with a relaxed split 22.05 at the 200. (1st Place)

Cole ran a 400 M personal best of 47.99, and set the meet record. He ran a solid race with a split 22.26 at the 200. The open 200 was 11 hours later for which he ran 22.29.

Cole equaled 400 time from the previous week of 48.36, and ran a 200 M PR of 21.86. He was strong and smooth , and won both races from lane 3. He split 22.37 at the 200.

Cole set the meet 400 M record at 48.36 and ran 200 M @ 22.25. He was strong and smooth. He split 22.37 at the 200 and plenty left in the tank at the end of the race. He was relaxed in his 200, won his heat and took 2nd overall. We are on track with our indoor season goals.

Cole’s 2nd 400 in a week. He made sure that he got out and took the pole after the break. Split 22.25 at the 200. He felt strong and had a lot left.

Cole’s 1st 400 of the season. Split 22.72 at the 200. Cole closed the gap in final 50 meters and finished 3rd in his heat. Only 16-year in the race with seniors. We clocked him at 48.55.
